Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Yes. Preorders are available on select journals. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Preorder items ship as soon as they are available and will be noted on the product page.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website, log into your account here, or track your order here.
All orders have a 3 business day processing period before shipment. Domestic standard shipping takes 4–12 business days. Priority shipping takes 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination.
Yes. We ship internationally. Standard international delivery takes 16–25 business days. Priority international takes 4–14 business days. Estimated times do not include customs clearance delays.
Yes. Canada standard shipping takes 11–25 business days. Canada priority mail takes 5–10 business days. Customs processing can occasionally extend delivery beyond these estimates.

Yes. Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $75. This threshold applies automatically at checkout.
TAIYE does not accept returns. We do accommodate exchanges for items of equal value that are undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and retain all original tags.
To begin an exchange, contact our team through our contact form with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will review and provide next steps. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card information.
Gift cards and discount codes cannot be combined in a single transaction.
Buy Now Pay Later options may be available at checkout depending on your location and eligibility. These are offered through third-party providers such as Shop Pay Installments.
Yes. TAIYE gift cards can be used on any item available on taiye.co, excluding other gift cards.
No. TAIYE gift card balances do not expire and can be used at any time.
Yes. TAIYE gift cards are delivered by email and can be sent to any recipient with an email address, redeemable exclusively on taiye.co.
Gift cards must be purchased separately from other items.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are nonrefundable once issued.
TAIYE Private Access is a membership program with three tiers: TAIYE House, TAIYE Privé, and House Noir. Each tier offers a closer relationship with TAIYE, including early access, reserved inventory, exclusive products, and private privileges.
TAIYE House and TAIYE Privé are available by annual membership purchase. House Noir is extended by invitation only. Visit the Private Access page to learn more and join.
TAIYE House is the entry membership. TAIYE Privé offers a more elevated level of access including reserved inventory and exclusive gifts. House Noir is by invitation only and carries the highest level of private access and privileges TAIYE offers.
