Tier Three — By Invitation Only
House Noir
House Noir members receive everything in TAIYE Privé plus a $300 annual credit, first access to all launches before every other tier, House Noir-only products and editions, a luxury annual signature gift experience, surprise gifts throughout the year, an elevated birthday gift, private founder notes in select shipments, and further privileges communicated privately. The full scope of House Noir membership is not listed here. What is extended to you will be communicated directly.
Your Store Credit
How Your Annual Credit Works
Where It Lives
Your annual credit is applied directly to your TAIYE account as store credit. You do not need a code. When you check out, the balance appears automatically and you apply it with one click.
When It Is Issued
Your credit is issued upon membership activation and reissued within 7 days of each annual renewal. If your credit has not appeared within 7 days of joining or renewing, contact care@taiye.co directly.
What It Applies To
Your credit applies toward any eligible order on taiye.co. It is a private membership privilege and does not appear publicly or combine with promotional discount codes.
Expiry
Your credit does not expire during your active membership year. Use it anytime on any eligible order before your membership renews.
Shipping
Complimentary Shipping
As a Private Access member, complimentary standard U.S. shipping applies automatically to all eligible orders placed while your membership is active. You do not need a code. It applies at checkout.
What Is Covered
Standard domestic U.S. shipping on all eligible orders placed on taiye.co during your active membership year.
What Is Not Covered
Express or expedited shipping, international orders, and orders placed outside the U.S. are not included in the complimentary shipping benefit.
Birthday Gift
Your Birthday Gift from TAIYE
A birthday gift is sent to you during your birthday month as part of your active membership. This is not automated. It is intentional.
How We Know Your Birthday
You provided your birthday when you completed your member profile form. If you have not yet completed your profile, do that now so your gift is not missed.
When It Ships
Your gift is sent during your birthday month. If your birthday falls in the same month you joined, your gift is still extended for that membership year.
Orders & Tracking
Your Order History
Every order placed on taiye.co, including member gifts shipped to you, appears in your account with full tracking information. Log in to view your complete order history and track any active shipment.
